Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located close to all the attractions in Burgos and offers excellent underground parking for motorcycles. The rooms were a bit dated and needed some cleaning, but the terrace made up for it. The service was okay, with a thoughtful gesture from the management. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, although missing a hot plate. The overall location near the river adds to the ambiance of the city.
Wow, my stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were spacious and pristine, with a luxurious full bathtub, which is quite rare in many Spanish hotels. The service was top-notch, with the management going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even surprising me with a complimentary room service snack. The location was superb, within easy walking distance of all the places I wanted to visit, and the secure underground parking was a great convenience. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a variety of choices and even catering to special dietary needs. Overall, a fantastic hotel with just a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is in a prime location in beautiful Burgos, next to a footbridge across the river from the Camino path into town. The rooms were quite dark with small windows, and I had a hard time sleeping due to a noisy party in the hotel's ballroom until the early hours of the morning. On the bright side, the rooms were spacious, although they took some time to heat up. The service was a bit cold and unwelcoming, despite the staff being courteous but seemed a tad overwhelmed. The dining was included in the basic fare and catered to all dietary needs, but some found it quite overpriced. The hotel offers an excellent location but lacks ideal room conditions and service quality.
